“Tinsel2025” £50 Amazon Voucher

Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Remulate Protect “Tinsel2025” promotion (the “Offer”), which provides eligible new clients with a £50 Amazon.co.uk Gift Voucher when they take out a qualifying policy through Remulate Protect Ltd.

2. Eligibility

• The Offer is open to new clients who contact Remulate Protect quoting the code “Tinsel2025” before 1st March 2026.
• Only one voucher per household is permitted.
• This offer is available to UK residents aged 18 or over.

3. Qualifying Criteria

To qualify for the £50 Amazon voucher:

1. The client must take out a new insurance policy through Remulate Protect (e.g., life cover, income protection, critical illness, or PMI) as a result of engaging with the promotion.
2. The policy must remain active and in good standing for a minimum of three (3) consecutive months after the start date.
3. All premiums must be successfully paid during this qualifying period.
4. The advice and recommendation must be deemed suitable under FCA guidelines.
5. The client must not have previously received any incentive from Remulate Protect for another policy or promotion.

4. Reward Fulfilment

• The £50 Amazon voucher will be issued after three successful monthly payments have been received by the insurer.
• Vouchers will be sent via email within 30 days of meeting the qualifying conditions.
• No cash or alternative reward is available.

5. Fair Use & Integrity

• Remulate Protect reserves the right to withhold or cancel the voucher if it believes the policy was taken solely to obtain the incentive or if the client cancels the policy within the qualifying period.
• Policies found to be misrepresented or non-genuine applications will not be eligible.
• The firm reserves the right to verify eligibility and decline the voucher if conditions are not fully met.

6. Promotion Period

• The Offer runs from 1st December 2025 to 1st March 2026.
• Enquiries received after this period will not be eligible, even if a code is quoted.

7. Data Protection

• By submitting your details through the contact form, you consent to Remulate Protect contacting you regarding this promotion and the provision of regulated advice.
• Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations.

• Remulate Protect Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Participation in this Offer constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• Amazon is not affiliated with or sponsoring this promotion.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
